Locale emulator not working in win11

I have been having problems with locale emulators since i change to windows 11, the games dont work without it but when i open it with Locale emulator it just never opens and a crash error text appear in the game folder. Help please!

Maybe it doesn't work because the game is a 64-bit app.

I fixed it manually changing the locale of the pc to japanese, but i will try those, thanks!
