A variety of of places online have told me that Locale Emulator is the program to get for Windows 10, seeing as AppLocale is no longer a thing. I can't seem to find a clean download though, including, supposedly, direct from Github. Whether the program itself has been compromised, the downloads are suspect, or windows is just throwing up consistent false positives, I'm consistently getting the same Trojan threats when attempting to get it. Does anyone know of a good replacement? Or at least, a clean version of the program to download?

Never used to get a alert scanning Locale Emulator downloads, but this time both did set off McAfee. It is supposed to be a false positive from what I can find though, and scanning the 2.4.1.0 version I have installed doesn't get any alert.
