Locale Emulator Trojan?

I got 5 trojan virus alerts from Defender, which are
Trojan:Win32/Dynamer!rfn
Trojan:Win32/Ymacco.AAC5
Trojan:Script/Wacatac.C!ml
Trojan:Win32/Vigorf.A
Trojan:Win32/Tiggre!plock

And i can't delete any of them, and i'm slightly panicking, i heard that some people said that this is a false positive, is it true or???

Saaaame problem here - and it's happening just when I try to download anything from here.

If you want to be safe just configure japanese locale on your system so you won't rely on emulators anymore.

windows vista/7/8/8.1/10/11

I'm on window 11 and download this one and scanned it and there no virus
