I had to format my pc but I made first a backup of the hard disk and I want to recover the old saves.
Where is the folder location of the saves? I want to copy/paste them on the new OS.

There are only two possible locations for HTML games (That I know of):
appdata\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Local Storage\
and the registry.

If you didn't backup the registry entries, it is very likely that a good part of your save files have been lost, unless all of them used Local Storage.

Thanks, at least I was able to restore 2 out of 6 saves of my html games with the first option.
I don't know how to do the second option with the registry stuffs.

Registry is a little more complicated to navigate, and restore past entries. If you already formatted your PC, there's not much you can do it anymore. They're lost.
