If the save's version is this far back, then the only safest way to update the save is to rebirth.
Which version do you mean?
The minimum version listed per mod version is what I last coded against and tested the mod with. I've heard it works fine with the latest version of the game as is.
For the version linked on the OP [game version B.0.9.3.0], you need to use mod version v1.0-rc9.1

I have a fresh install and the right version of the cheat menu for this version, any ideas?

I have version B.0.9.3 and CM v1.0-rc.9.1, with UMM it shows enabled but using F9 or any other F key does nothing (excluding F10 to open console) any thoughts
I also had this error before when I played on a save where I activated the booba mod through Elise but I didn't have the R version of the booba mod installed. Perhaps you had the R version of the booba mod installed on the save you're using but you don't have the booba mod installed on the game, hence this error. If this is the case then, you either have to install the R version of the booba mod that is compatible with your game's version or do a rebirth to desactivate the booba mod that you bought from Elise (I think there was another better solution but I don't remember what it was, you may have to ask the modder of the booba mod himself).
Is it possible to have the extra belly size with booba mod without getting the booba or will the belly only one be kept updated?

Just change these button on the bottom right of img at the setting. In page 1 change R to W, in page 2 set A,S,D,F and two optional button you like

You can't xdd try to update your joiplay if it doesn't work it's your engine. (it's limitations on the menu or some code spaghetti a need to hotfix)
