I genuinely don't understand how people can even enjoy this.

I've seen some people even praise the gameplay... Really? The gameplay where fighting one or two rats and doing a bunch of dodges drains your character's stamina like she's been ran over by a train and makes her crawl as if she's on the verge of dying?

Like most RPGM games, it's a clunky outdated unplayable mess — no amount of system complexity will make me like a game if the core concepts (such as endurance and fighting) are garbage and unplayable.

The sex scenes are bordeline disgusting, I've looked at the gallery online and it's just the same degenerate garbage centered around filth.

When I saw it was an RPGM game, my eyes immediately rolled and I thought it was going to be another one of those extremely overrated and clunky indie games that get too much attention: it certainly didn't disappoint!

If you've got a bit of respect for your personal time, do yourself a favor and don't play this piece of junk — it'll save you a headache and feeling like you've wasted way too much precious time.

I don't think theres a better adult game than LonaRPG. Because this is actually a game, where you don't spend the entire time just pressing 1 button and get your scenes.

Its an actual game, where you have FUN, yes FUN, not just moving around the map interacting with characters to unlock scenes, no, you have to play the game and think, plan on how to beat levels and escape from enemies, and ITS FUN. I RECOMMEND IF YOU LOVE CHALLENGES AND AMUSEMENT.

The world is a bleak, dismal place, like real life. And everyone's out for their own interests even if it hurts a little girl.
It is cool in general the way it twists the RPGmaker engine. Prostitution seems like the worst playstyle, but if you finish as a virgin then the game makes fun of you for it.
Conventional combat can be done slow and steady with a one-handed weapon and shield, the classic sword-and-board, but it's not the best. The long bow is busted, letting you pierce entire rows of enemies from afar for big damage. Halberd is very good, getting extra range over normal melee and good damage, but you need to time dodging well to avoid hits.
Magic uses your mood as a resource, so you, too, can be a depressed nerd. The abilities have good variety though, and are interesting to gather, plus it's just objective fact Lona looks cute in glasses.
Stealth is slow and powerful, but too much of a crawl to me.
Allies are a little too good, but you can get by as a loner Lona. Still, don't recommend going alone early on. Just make one bowl of soup and you have Indiana Jones on your side and it pays off in spades. Really, you need food to replenish stamina and recover, so having an ally that costs food literally pays for itself.

Story is easy to follow and solid enough as just a foundation to put a harsh RPG on top of.
It's not anti-power-fantasy, it's just that you have to work very hard and nobody likes you.

Also there's a bunch of hard, rough sex. And if you DO go with a succubus combat style, you can make people explode into gore by fucking them way too much. Juicing. Best H-game I've tried so far.

Being pregnant sucks



i tried to do a healthy run without any body alteration, but then I found out being pregnant normally takes 40 days to complete. So I work so hard to hoard all the mutated mushroom to gain seedworm or seedbed trait which makes pregnant faster.



Turns out gaining the trait after getting pregnant doesnt speed things up, only before pregnant that you have to gain such trait, all I got now is stack seven drugged horny and boy I gone trhough orgasm hell in the middle of dead forest, on top of puking fit of a pregnant woman.

If you like grimdark adventure RPGs you'll love this game.

Deep machanics without getting too complicated. A myriad of choices and scenarios. Great artstyle and care for detail. Lots of character customization and playstyles.

It can be unforgiving in some situations, but as long as you learn to use the inheritance system, I'd say this is a plus, as it lets you replay completed scenarios and enjoy their variations.

It's open world and very engaging... and has a lot of content. I've already revisited this game a few times after 'completing' it, even if for a short adventure, or to replay from scratch. Easily one of the H games I've spent most time playing.

One of my favourite hentai games, and RPGM games overall.

The main selling point of this game is gameplay (imho). The hardest thing about the game is how easy it is to mess up and below zero stamina. You will need to carry blue potions and a lot of food to mitigate the fact that your stamina maximum is very low. One of the worst aspects of the game is how long it is to grind gold, which is why i recommend to do a first playthrough with a mage.It's harder than other classes but it allows you to very quickly earn money, reducing the grind needed to finish the game. and you will also learn how to position yourself in a fight,which is important in this game as you usually don't have a luxury to fight multiple enemies at once.

The hentai part is prostitution and brutal noncon stuff with monsters, bandits other monster. The art is decent, i wouldn't say that it's either good or bad.


I recommend trying this game out, as it's one of the few well made RPGM hentai games.

This is supposed to be a H-game but i got hooked by the gameplay.
You are already at rock bottom so you can be anyone you want to be (in Lona's capability).
Stealth, tank, seducer, cooker, save, kill,... Your choices matter in this open world RPG.
Also, the dev is a funny madlad (not sure if he works alone or with a team). Come to his discord, say hi and who knows, maybe your idea will be added into the game.

I think I love every mechanics in this game in which figure a cold dark atmosphere. The combat mechanics is good and requires skills. It is a sandbox where you can do lot of things but what I prefer is to fcks goblins and level up. I love the pregancy system and I wish there was more mixed-race we could create.

I sometimes forget that this is an H-game. The gameplay is hard but its really fun. The story is what gets you into the game. Its like a typical Ryona game at first but halfway through, you can see Lona can be the antagonist or keep her in a meek and submissive girl. The choice is up to you.

But overall this game can surprise you with the quality and content the game right now.Its still unfinished but theres alot to do.

LonaRPG is a very special game. It's very difficult and punishing, but achieves a level of immersion very few games (not just h-games) achieve. If you can get through the barrier of entry of learning the game & you're not put-off by its grimy, dark nature and potentially off putting fetishes, it achieves the fantasy it sets out to create incredibly well.
There is no other game that accomplishes this sense of being a normal, weak nobody in a cruel & dark world to such a high level. It's a fucked up place and you have to live in it. The consequences of your mistakes can be absolutely devastating, but there's always a sliver of hope that you might be able to continue on (There is always a small chance of escaping capture, there are always ways you can at least try to fix your bad situations).
Once you're in the game, you will find a project with an immense amount of effort and care put into by a skilled artist with a very unique and well-developed style. Despite their politicized opening to the game, the creator doesn't push their questionable takes in to the actual game, for the most part.

Greatest adult RPG game I have play! Good mechanic and hands down best storyline + frequent update from the developers. Good job for the developers (thumbs up)

It's probably the best game on this forum, without a doubt the best I've ever played here. I can feel that a lot of love and dedication was put into this game. It's not even finished, but already much better than most AAA games released today.

Its atmosphere is grim, very brutal, its a mix of Cannibal Holocaust and Berserk for me. Games like this are very rare thanks to so many idiots who treat games as children's content and don't accept anything that is too violent or sexual. So I'm happy that the developer gave us this rare gem.

Lona (mc name) is not a baddass fighter, not a chosen one, just some random girl on her own on an island where the worst kinds of scum gather there, a literal hell.
Your goal is to survive and at the same time gather enough resources to get out of this place.
So expect a very challenging game, even on the easiest difficulty its hard. The game in its current state is already full of content. I must have played it for a few dozen hours and I still haven't managed to leave the island (I don't even know if it's possible). There are many events that you can find while exploring the island, and the map is vast and vibrant.

I highly recommend anyone reading this to at least try this game, even if you dont like extreme violence , because the gameplay and story is top notch.

Cold, Grim, Unforgiving and Deadly just like it advertised. If games nowadays could be as good as they say my life would be filled with sunshine and rainbows. Either way, this game is one of the best game I've ever played and it's gameplay is painfully realistic and I love it

Played it several times in years. It's simply an AMAZING game. It's brutal, as hard as it gets, completely merciless and unfortunately not exactly great in terms of an h game. But the game itself is probably the best I've ever played on this site. there's strategy, there's broken builds, there's a plot. It's simply the perfect GAME. Unfortunately it's still a bit lacking in the h department. I would love to see some substance in that field. But the game is so good that it's not the worst thing.

One of the best rated games on this site, so how good is it really?

After multiple playthroughs, builds and rebirths, imo, this is a brilliant dark fantasy RPG but not a very good H-RPG.

This game is BRUTAL, not only in difficulty but also in how dark and punishing it is to the MC. It's not a comfortable fap, I'd say it has very low fappability due to how gross it is. This game does, however, do a great job at keeping one fearful and cautious of the MCs surroundings and circumstances. The survival mechanics are interesting and this kind of world and setting is quite appealing.

Gameplay: Complex and interesting. Lots of H-stats.

Some people say that if a game needs a guide it's a bad game, while I don't entirely agree with that, I definitely feel as if this game as some parts that need explaining, as well as balancing issues. Esp stamina consumption. But if you know what you're doing, it actual easier to manage. This game is very rogue-like in that manner, esp if you manage to rebirth.

The conditions and ease of getting a shitty condition is high and also quite annoying. Easy to cure though, but usually pretty gross.

Combat: Wonky. Combat is grid-based/directional, and it's also perplexingly real-time, which makes it quite wonky. Once you get used to it it isn't bad, esp considering the amount of skill customisation and hotkeys.

Turn-based/pseudo turn-based suits grid-based better and this would also help and I would rather control companions. The AI is sometimes really really bad, esp at high danger levels. They will friendly fire you or insta die later one when danger increases.

It's tough, if you get surrounded you're fucked (in more ways than one)

Customisation: Very high. Lot's of options for clothing, exhib, piercings, hair-styles and accessories. And they're all included in the CG scenes. Which is very impressive.

Fappability: Very low. This is one of the few H-games where I found it hard finding an actual scene that was hot. Most are just super gross and weird. This game takes grossness to another level, which is a pity because some scenes like pissing or con-sex could've been pretty hot. Like getting caught by fish-fuckers is just super gross.

Scenes: The artstyle is good, but it's also relentless. There are no breaks for actual sexy scenes, most are just gross/distrubing by default. Which is a pity because the art is good. Some scenes definitely could've been hotter. Imo a break from constant brutality would've served this game well.

Some are repeating with included character customisation. Some loops are too long, esp with a sex-build. Even when skipping it's long af. eg, milking takes a good 2 minutes sometimes when stuck in a cumming while milking loop. Get's old quick. There are full preggo scenes which is pretty hot.

Pixel animation is good too.

Conclusion: Great for a dark difficult RPG, not really my cup of tea for a fap. Lots of times I was just grossed out or found things too brutal. Imo this is a 3/5 but I can't possibly rate this lower than a 4/5 based on how well made it is. Good game, but too much of it is mentally draining.

coolest game ive played on this site. incredible atmosphere. awesome writing, the translator did an AMAZING job. i lold at this game many times. the atmosphere is awesome. the art is so so good. there was a clear creative vision with this--the atmosphere is crafted so well, the worldbuilding is awesome, the characters and interactions are so good.

i think one of my favourite things about this is its the only h-game that truly felt like an open world game. you can attack i think any creature? you can rob people, you can be a thief, a prostitute, a warrior... its definitely the most well-realised RPG h-game i've seen by far.

the scenes are like, pretty much optional if you play well. i enjoyed the game so much that i literally aimed to get 0 scenes, it was just fun to play. i got through like 10-20 hours of gameplay and wasnt tempted to get any scenes, just because the game was so fun.

people overstate the game's difficulty. like its not some fucking isekai power fantasy kill everyone after 5 minutes of grinding. but its like, just play the game stealthily and its really not that hard. save and reload a lot. pay attention to enemy pathing.

Very high quality and effort, this is a sandbox-ey real time RPG with tremendous attention to detail, the main character can dynamically get bruises, dirt and fluids on her depending on what happened, catch STDs, get pregnant, gets hungry and tired as time passes and must find food and shelter by whatever means necessary, you can talk to, barter, attack and even solicit almost all NPCs and they all have simulated senses for stealth purposes, some more or less developed depending on the type of NPC, the map is large and you can visit every tile.


The hardcore nature of this game tends to cause a never ending trauma conga line for Lona so beware (or enjoy)
