The game doesn't give you anything to help understand what to do or where to go. The arrows in the game tell you places you can go, but shouldn't when first starting. The food, items and drops are too low to do anything.

coolest game ive played on this site. incredible atmosphere. awesome writing, the translator did an AMAZING job. i lold at this game many times. the atmosphere is awesome. the art is so so good. there was a clear creative vision with this--the atmosphere is crafted so well, the worldbuilding is awesome, the characters and interactions are so good.

i think one of my favourite things about this is its the only h-game that truly felt like an open world game. you can attack i think any creature? you can rob people, you can be a thief, a prostitute, a warrior... its definitely the most well-realised RPG h-game i've seen by far.

the scenes are like, pretty much optional if you play well. i enjoyed the game so much that i literally aimed to get 0 scenes, it was just fun to play. i got through like 10-20 hours of gameplay and wasnt tempted to get any scenes, just because the game was so fun.

people overstate the game's difficulty. like its not some fucking isekai power fantasy kill everyone after 5 minutes of grinding. but its like, just play the game stealthily and its really not that hard. save and reload a lot. pay attention to enemy pathing.

Very high quality and effort, this is a sandbox-ey real time RPG with tremendous attention to detail, the main character can dynamically get bruises, dirt and fluids on her depending on what happened, catch STDs, get pregnant, gets hungry and tired as time passes and must find food and shelter by whatever means necessary, you can talk to, barter, attack and even solicit almost all NPCs and they all have simulated senses for stealth purposes, some more or less developed depending on the type of NPC, the map is large and you can visit every tile.

The hardcore nature of this game tends to cause a never ending trauma conga line for Lona so beware (or enjoy)

Edit: After playing some more, I discovered you can literally fuck an NPC's brains out, this game is hysterical :ROFLMAO:

Amazing game that is well written and has an incredible amount of paths that involve multiple different genras. The amount of routes creates great replayability. It is almost like many different games in one

The sex scenes are great. Without a doubt a 5/5 game

    Zdarova to everyone!

So, almost 1.5 years after the first launch of this game, I finally decided to write this text.....

In short, the lonarpg is the first H-game that really hooked me and still has not let me go! In this game there is almost everything that needs for a playful teenager: nudity, cruelty, mod customization, porn of various categories and genres, charming female (and not only) characters, an excellent story, creatures of different races that want to kill and rape you, a wonderful and at the same time gloomy world, etc.
But I especially liked the visual style - it is beautiful !!!

    All in all,
I extremely recommend this product to use absolutely everyone and of course I will follow the news and updates of the game! (y)
Good luck and be healthy, everyone! :^D

Constantly updated, huge sandbox to play in, in depth mechanics - one of the best H games available, albeit its not easy, and probably bad for your mental health.

Start off a a frail girl stuck in a shit storm, and you're likely to start off getting jumped by rats, and if not that, getting dancing goblins to abduct and torture you? Escape? Pshh.

But when you get the hang of it (savescum), you eventually will rip and tear your way across a shithole island filled with people arguably as garbage as the monsters you're fighting. What a nightmare.

    10/10.

LonaRPG is a brutal, unapologetic gem that carves its identity through relentless challenge and a suffocatingly immersive dark fantasy world. While its flaws are undeniable, they paradoxically feed into its cult potential—much like Fear & Hunger—by demanding resilience and rewarding mastery.
    The Good:
The game’s stamina system, often criticized, is its secret weapon. Every action—farting, fighting, fleeing—costs stamina, mirroring the protagonist’s fragility in a world designed to crush her. This isn’t artificial difficulty; it’s a masterclass in tension. Survival hinges on meticulous planning: Do you risk scavenging for food, or conserve stamina to flee inevitable ambushes? The constant threat of rape, theft, or dismemberment by mobs isn’t gratuitous—it’s the game’s thesis. Lona’s vulnerability forces players to engage with its systems creatively, fostering emergent storytelling through desperation.
The adult content, while extreme, isn’t meant to titillate. It’s a narrative tool. Scenes of degradation (adjustable via filters) reinforce the setting’s nihilism, making rare moments of agency—like outsmarting a captor or securing a safe haven—genuinely triumphant. The sparse sex scenes serve the tone, not the player’s gratification, which aligns with its grim ethos.
    The Potential:
Yes, the translation is rough, but the community’s passion shines through. Fan patches and guides are flourishing, much like early mods for cult classics. The incomplete plot? It’s a canvas for speculation. Environmental storytelling—bloodstained shrines, cryptic NPC dialogues—hints at lore deeper than any exposition dump. This ambiguity fuels forums, theories, and fan-driven content.
    The Vision:
LonaRPG isn’t for everyone, but neither was Fear & Hunger at launch. Its jank—stuttery menus, repetitive quests—is outweighed by its ambition. The survival mechanics, when mastered, feel revolutionary. Managing limb injuries, disease, and sanity while navigating political intrigue in a decaying city? That’s depth. The game respects players who persevere, rewarding them with branching paths, hidden endings, and a hauntingly beautiful soundtrack that underscores its tragic beauty.
5/5—not because it’s perfect, but because it dares to be something raw and unforgettable. It’s a prototype for what indie horror-RPGs could be: uncompromising, artful, and community-driven. If you embrace its cruelty as part of the experience, LonaRPG becomes less a game and more a rite of passage.

So far so good, I'll revisit this when its finished but as it is now its a really great package all around, interesting RPG and social systems, a ton of depth and variety, and a lot of good art. I appreciate that this game doesn't stray away from dark themes.

Only big issues here are that the game can definitely be a bit clunky controls wise until you get used to things, it can be brutal to a point of annoying since some things aren't explained super well, and you're forced to play a loli which personally ain't my thing. Still quite good!.

This game is an eroge game that is special, incredible story and world building, as well as the sound design, while admittedly, Lona RPG does fall flat on the sound design (still better than most eroge) the world and the gameplay is still captivating enough to pull you in (stealth assassin ftw), especially that many decisions do matter in the world, and do have a consequences.

I expected no happy endings, but actually, seeing the number of happy endings that you could get with some quests surprised me, and that was a good surprise, i love these type of worlds where it never forgoes the balance between happy and sad endings, and comedy, dark or not, as well as seriousness, i am really liking it so far and wouldn't mind purchasing it once the project is finished.

4/5 is probably the highest i could give it since its not complete, hoping for more development in the future and maybe even more cities to visit and playstyles.

Do you like Dark Fantasy settings?
Do you enjoy a challenging survival, resource-heavy, adventure game?
Do you enjoy figuring out builds to survive in a cruel world?
Do you mind playing as a petite girl in a world that is constantly trying to screw you over, literally, and figuratively?
    Then try this out!

Now, I'm going to put this out there, you will either like or hate this game. I feel like the target audience for this game leans heavily towards GAMERs who plays with both hands, not just one.
There is sex...but in a grotesque manner, rather, everything is ugly bastard, monsters, forced, slavery, guro, etc...yeah, definitely not vanilla, which emphasizes the dark fantasy the setting is going for.
The game wants to make you feel like a little girl trying to survive in this cruel place, and it definitely gets it across pretty well in setting and game mechanics.
Speaking of mechanics, this is where people might get off-put, the resource mechanics being food, stamina, health, illness, limbs state, it might sound like a lot but it will get easier after a few screwed runs, which is why save scumming is absolutely necessary. Stamina is the infamous one in this game, literally every action takes stamina and losing all stamina literally makes your Lona deadweight. Now you will either adapt and find the resources to help circumvent stamina, or it will gatekeep you from enjoying the game.

Overall, I really do enjoy the game, it feels rewarding once you figure things out.

After reaching level 32 and doing a lot of missions - my verdict is: this game is a waste of time. The sex scenes are almost identical in every case, the combat is a frustrating parody and the quests are all about the same things over and over again. My rating is 2/10. One point for the overall concept and style, the other for some dialogues and a few good NPCs. In short - not worth it, stay away :(

It's a good game with a lot of things to do, but I have a headache with my friends who like to walk to death or let enemies attack them and like to break stealth. But the main thing is that the game has a good system. I give it 5 stars.

Love this game, really nice art, dark and brutal, like the stat tree, how free you are to make choices. And more but I wont type too much more. Even though i talked about the stat tree and the variety of option, I only go the prostitute route lol.

Its very complete, for all kind of likes, and it have a interesting story, not just for FAP, its really a true game. I already play it a lot of time, and it have a lot of content, notice that the developer haer the players. So its evolving whit time, if u can buy it excellent but first try it thats good.

By far the most overrated game on this site. There is absolutely nothing here that justifies such a high score! NOTHING!

First, the translation, or rather, the lack of it. Unless you speak Chinese, you have to rely on machine translation. But guess what? About halfway through the game, the tool fails to translate most of the text on your screen. You’ll end up wasting hours searching forums for answers and, ultimately having to dig into the game files to fix it manually. To hell with that, it’s just not worth the hassle.

Second, the gameplay: Does your MC want to fart? That’ll cost half your stamina. Need to move across the map to complete yet another generic, cliché RPG mission? Not only does it drain a ridiculous amount of stamina, but you’ll also be intercepted every five seconds by mobs. Want to make a quick buck as a waitress? The whole bar jumps over you to rape, steal your itens and screw your stamina. And I could go on and on on the bullshit game design decisions.

Managing stamina is annoying, constantly quick saving/ loading is a waste of time, being harassed all the fucking time by every thing is a test of patience that kills the fun for the sake of braindead time waster of artificial "difficulty".

But all of those things mentioned above would not be that big of an issue if there was something worth grind for. But there isn't. The game is ugly, the scenes are few and far between, and majority of said scenes are just rape with different shades of piss, scat and gore (at least you can turn some of those fetish off). And that's pretty much all the heroge aspect of the game. You will get more sex scenes in a 2 page doujinshi which the first page is only filler.

How about plot? As far as I can tell its not the worse, but nothing to write home about. And since the late game dialogues are locked behind "moon runes " I have no idea what happens in the "end".

And that was my review of "LonaRPG" for you.

    Game is brutally difficult. complains:
    1. discourages exploration: moving requires stamina which requires food which requires money which you have awfully least of. So exploration is a no-go.
    2. monetary system is ass: the trading system is terrible. you trade using trade points which reset to zero if you move away from the area so saving money is also a no-go. Worked in the bar only to get beaten by the lady and thrown out and I lost all my trade points.

Gameplay can be fun if the above-mentioned points are overhauled for a casual difficulty. At least make moving free except for combat actions and let me save my trade points.

played with cheats on and the story is pretty fun.

its one of those games that for most of you will not trigger your nut instinct, atleast i kind of hope so? For people like me however, it will trigger the hardcore gamer instinct, and youll try to survive and stay a pure virgin just for the challenge. the awful stuff that can happen and is happening around you also adds to the worldbuilding in my opinion. i understand why aaa titles will never add such sexual details in their games. but it definitely adds an extra layer of realism.

5 stars; not for the porn, but for the gameplay and the worldbuilding!

The game has a certain atmosphere to it. Grim, Dark, Brutal, Survival. The atmosphere itself is done well, but that is almost all the game has to offer on a good side.

But then we have clunky interface, lame passive tree, clunky combat, very few CGIs, I expected probably 10 times more looking at game age/amount of updates it had. Most of CGIs you get are copy paste repeat. And the quality of those scenes is not great either.

Also that you cannot really watch most of CGIs unless you lose on purpose is one of the lamest mechanic in H-Games. You either get punished for being a good player by locking out all H-Content, or you get punished by being a bad player by simply game-end/bad end. Either way you cannot really enjoy this game flow however you try.

There is no proper corruption here, like the one that exists in other rpgm games, even like karryn prison (I am not a fan of this one), but just for example it scales gameplay and H-scenes much better, and many other games in fighting genre.

Overall this game is Empty on H part. And as RPG it is so-so at best. I am not sure why would anyone play this.

Absolutely amazing mechanical depth for RPG maker but 100% false advertising when it comes to the beast content. You CAN initiate sex with beasts but they have no unique cg's. They all have the same human penis so whats the point? Its a real shame because the art style seems very suited to the grotesque nature of bestiality but theres nothing here at all. If you were looking for bestiality focused content as I was stay away.

It's about time I reviewed this game. I've played this on and off for over a year now, and it's absolutely amazing.

RPG mechanics, a pretty nice story with good lore, character customization, and plenty of sex scenes, but these can vary. If you do a whore build, the sex is pretty hot. Idk, seeing Lona cum on a orkind dick after fucking through a cave is *chef's kiss* . The rape scenes on the other hand... can lead to blood and bruising, etc. This usually only happens when you run out of stamina or you're not doing a slut run. So you can kinda pick if you wanna see this kind of content.

The game is hard, but at the same time, not really... Once you learn the system and mechanics, it's not really that bad. I'd say the roughest part is definitely the beginning, it's a bit of a grind. But once you get past that, it's pretty smooth sailing. If you try this masterpiece, I highly recommend starting off as a slut on your first run. Makes the grind easier and I think it'll help introduce you to the game.
