And according to my search and resuilt, it is most similar the USA. Nothing directly given in the federal constitution and AFAIK we don't have any amendment at all - if we want to change the constitution, we just do it and, of course, letting the public vote on it - but our federal court has a ruling that noboday is forced to self-incrimination himself.
