The user you quoted wasn't mentioning the dev anyway but a few USA users and I kind of agree with them, not with all of them, just a few of them try to impose their views, laws and way of living.

Yet, that is true for devs of other countries too. A minority of people (including zoners and devs) want to impress their believes on others. Regardless of the believes itself and the opinion about them, that is usually the way you don't success. Only way someone may change their opinion about something is true facts and (logical) arguments, not simple cause someone order you to do so...

Already making a fresh playthrough like I said before I would when the new update would come since the game had a bit of rework, starting episode 4 right now and enjoying it a lot. Needed a memory refresh of the whole story and events, it is as good as revisiting a good movie that I already watched before. And no, not using the gallery mod hehe I only will place it when I finish episode 15 since it is known to bug/skip scenes later.

I use URM but it hard to make my own gallery since some lewd scenes don't really have a label or have more than one and that is the best way to organize a gallery with URM, using the saves system is meh for it. Hope the dev will make one sooner or later but only if won't cost too much time on the developing of the game and story progression.

That respect is at the core of his moral code. Not being a Blue Falcon is a HUGE thing in the military where he developed his moral compass.

That is up to debate, same as Russian - for Turkey. Yet, common ground is, they are counted to Europe at least partly.
Also Vatican City is by all means regarded as a real country, if not all other city state would be the same and in addition Liechtenstein too as they share many characteristics that those city state have.

It is an US dev that develop that title and it is base in the US. Same would be if a Swiss dev made a game that is based in the Swiss.
Even more it wouldn't make sense to have a game based in the US and all the laws and other conditions would be based on Zimbabwe.

Just so it is clear, if they are caught, for Ryker means the rest of his 30 year sentence is already in effect, increased by whatever else he may get.

Knowing that, does it make any fucking sense to risk it all for a bit of underage poon? When he has a bevy of ride choices already?

In addition to it, most likely. Yet, I think for this case it can be very hard to proof, that you go outside of your state to fuck your partner.
But of course, legally speaking the shit keep piling if you're get catch.

Although, honestly, is that the main issue?
If Marah and Sluggo forbid for Hailee to be with Ryker until she turns 18 and show some willingness to work for her future education, I believe both of them will have other issue to deal with beside the legal ones. Hailee will properly be grounded until she become and adult and for Ryker, we don't know what Sluggo will do, but we know what he is able to do. And I'm sure he wouldn't have Della or Stan on his side in this case - Yet, I'm sure Stan and Della still rooting for this big sly horny dog, even not (very) openly.

It is for sure not only the USA that has some laws that are applicable even if you outside of their territory. As it is outside of my expertise, I don't know, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Just so it is clear, if they are caught, for Ryker means the rest of his 30 year sentence is already in effect, increased by whatever else he may get.

Current terms of Ryker's parole have been weighing on my mind when I give thought to the plot for some time. They seem awfully dangerous given his current not-so-law-abiding lifestyle, the unfolding gang war with the Minions, and the very real possibility of him being sent back to his sentence for a mere arrest. All it would take to destroy his life is him getting on the bad side of a cop eager to do even a questionable arrest for whatever reason.

No matter how much he and the Rogues try hard to cover their tracks, it seems quite the sword of Damocles hanging on his head. The risk tones down somewhat in the path where he made Toni a fuckbuddy ally, but doubles in the one where she is an enemy. It forces the dev to apply a helluva lot of plot armor to keep Ryker safe and free in any possible confrontation with the law.

For the sake of story integrity and plausibility, I think it would be best if the dev establishes in the near future that Ryker eventually got the full pardon he was promised at the beginning of the story. Esp. so before open war with the Minions explodes. I hope such a plot development takes place just before or at the beginning of Chapter 2.
