You do not destroy an asset than can be utilized. Babes as it is can not go forward but with a clean team and good management it will be a great asset to prepare up and coming dancers to work at The Box.Your missing one point out, after the war with the Minions the only thing that Babes is good for is to teach kids how to drive bulldozer.

Another genius idea! With Nora and Rai's backing, I am sure DePesto and Tori would sell the vacant buildings to RMCE for revitalization of the City Center. Shops on the street level and owners' homes upstairs. Empties next to the Hotel, FB and the Cafe could be used to expand those 3 businesses, Kelly could be enticed to open a branch of her store, small mom & pop shops and typical tourist trap shit. All the stuff you find on Walking Street minus the wall to wall bars.

Sorry if I misunderstood the function of the attached files, but I tried extracting them to the image folder for the game and while all the missing renders are there now it doesn't show up/translate into the game itself and just skips over them. Did I need to do something else, restart all the way back from the beginning or something? Thanks if you can clarify my confusion

Just adding the images doesn't give you access to them in the game
I separated the image and video files in case you don't want to download that version of the game and just view them in an image/video viewer
if you want to play the scenes properly
you'll have to download and play 10_Part_4_Beta_Update 1 as a standalone from the links I posted
no other way

most i have had was bit over 65 or so and after new notifs started pouring i switched to watcheds.

OPINIONS: Which starter bike should Ryker get for the kids/Rascals RA(YES! Oda and Julia are RRA Originals)? Honda Rebel 300, CFMoto 450 or HD X440? How many hours of work should Grandpa Gunner and Aunt Pip charge them to customize the bikes?

So far possible pregnant are Pip(Willow), Bunny(Katy), Rin and (if you aren't lucky) Angel. Tink, Jessy, Rai and Rissa have not been given the choice yet. Tink(Nikki) is the only one confirmed, so far, to be incapable of bearing children.
