Hate to break it to you but it's not a Beta in this case.
It's just not a complete part 4 yet.
There's more OBD wants to add to Part 4 before it's finished.
The update's may have Typo's but they rarely have bugs in them but if they do it's not for long.
But feel free to wait however he's not done with adding to Part 4 yet I don't think.

It is going to be a while, the hotfix fixed most if not all the bugs, and update 1 added the Rin date. It will keep being a beta till he's done adding content and is happy with the state of the game before the final/pubilc is released.
Who knows it may stay a beta for a long while as there is still going to be more added.

Cali state law (not that Ryker is the law-abiding type) gives you I think 20 days after moving there to get in-state plates. And a license too. And if your plates and license are from different non-Cali states that's ANOTHER ticket (the "3 states law"- eyeroll). When you move there all your dollars now belong to Cali essentially. So glad I left...

Unless you are sitting in it parked outside a convenience store or a bank... then they assume it's a robbery in progress.Kinda what I was thinking.
