Don't use the word vagina man. Makes you sound like a creepy teacher.
To be fair, that region is one with few suitable synonyms. "Vagina" sounds clinical and sterile, "Pussy" sounds overly forceful, performative and crude, "Cunt" sounds wayyy too forceful and angry.....

Whereas, the upper regions have much more tonal variety - "Boobs" sounds casual, silly and playful, "tits" sounds casual and fleeting, "breasts" sounds formal yet not as clinical as above, "rack", "tots", "cans", "jugs", "chest", ad infin....

Unfortunately kitty is a good word with gendered usage - a woman saying 'kitty' sounds good, even demure and slightly sensual to me. A man saying kitty sounds pedo yeah.

Kinda like a woman or gay man saying "naughty", fine. A straight man saying 'naughty'? First part of sentence becomes extremely dubious.

Yeah agreed "concha" sounds much better or in english "shell"
Many women are named "Concha" in Spain; it's the coloquial way of calling someone called Concepción :Kappa:

For us, what you call concha is coño (vulgar; most common), chocho (vulgar too), conejo or almeja (both dirty but funny), chichi (coloquial and children's vocabulary), and many others like chumino, potorro, chirla, etc.
Human beings find many ways of calling what they hold dear :WeSmart:

The nicest term:

Holiest of Holies.

(whereas "La más santa de los santos" doesn't really make sense  - it'd be more like "El más santo de los lugares santos" ?? )
