Played a 3D VN/sandbox a few months ago but forgot the name. You play as a student (Probably in school) who takes a job entertaining lonely older women for money. He disguises himself to look more mature, flirts confidently, and the boss tells him no sex allowed with the clients. With these clients/lonely rich women you drink alcohol, flirt and make sure they are having fun. Later one of his clients he knows (maybe mom/teacher, I forgot) who doesn’t recognize him because he changed how he looks (kinda) and is more mature and wise with his words, and later on 3 school guys who would bully him see him leaving his job and realize its him.
