It's a game I played LONG ago where there was a laboratory with 3 or more girls that where fighting and I seem to remember you as the player could place monsters for them to fight/get fucked by. It is 2d from the top perspective.
I vaguely remember a couple of games that might fit the bill... was it in Engish? Sounds decidedly Japanese. I don't suppose you got it from this site?
