Identify Looking for a Big Dick game I played befor

Hi, I'm looking for a game I played before. Played a little bit and know that you start of at you aunt/stepmother. You are playing as a malen character that is a game/pc addict. And while you are sitting in front of your pc, you get stung on the tip of your dick by a mosquito kind of thing. Then al of a sudden you have a ginormous Dick that you get checked at the hospital. Also kind of hypnotising stuff thru the dick, if I remember correctly.

Hope somebody knows the name of the game.

Thats possible, dont know for sure tho. I vaguely remember it being a renpy style game. Thats my only clue really. But there are tons of those out there
