Identify Looking for a certain Text-based game

The game starts you off with character that you can customize their dick size and it apparently affects their combat ability. You can also abosrb parts of a defeated enemie's cock/boob sizes to make yours bigger. I recall there were 2 bosses at the time, one is a orc/troll queen(?). There is also a friend of yours who you could have sex with but depending on your dick size you could break their choker by asking them to give you a blow job.
