I don't remember the exact title, but there was a game on this site where you share an apartment with either a childhood friend or a friendly young woman (both of you are grown up to around college aged now). Pretty wholesome (you had a non-con option, but that would trigger a bad end where she'd leave you) and nothing like a runaway girl situation. The good end has her stay with you and there was an additional ending where -- if you maxed out lust -- you'd end up fucking her against the glass door / windows because of how sex-addicted the both of you become.
