Hi everyone!
I’m building a small Unity project and I need a repeatable ComfyUI workflow to create consistent human characters (same face across images, different outfits/poses). Ideally SD1.5, but I’m open to SDXL if the graph is stable.


What I’m after:
  • Face consistency: IPAdapter FaceID / ReActor (inswapper) best practices.
  • Pose control: OpenPose ControlNet setups (full-body, hands).
  • Outfits: tips for clean, opaque sportswear and simple outfit switches.
  • Ready-to-run graphs or a step-by-step tutorial I can follow.
Context (very short): the game is a third-person, character-focused project with light simulation elements; I need clean, consistent character shots in various poses/outfits.
