What I can recall is - Female MC Dark elf (Brown skin) that is in a tribal village (Leaf clothing and the such) that has to do task around the village ("Puzzle", find a object or person get a H-event). I think it was a 2D style game, I recall its one of those games were you have to go right for so long grab an object then go back left and get your H-event.
