I just recently remembered an H-Game I played over 2 years ago. I don't remember where I downloaded it from.
My limited memory isn't helping, but I remember it was in a fantasy setting, I think most of the cast was part of a mercenary group that required them holding some noble woman hostage for reasons? You play as the guy she reguarly tries to seduce/persuade to let her go before it becomes an issue while another character was a younger green-skinned girl (I believe she was an orc, but she might have been a goblin). There's multiple endings, but I don't remember anything specific other than "you get yourself killed and the noble takes the other girl as a slave" as one of the options.
