I think it was it RPG maker, it was about a girl that got locked outside naked from an apartment. after a one night stand or something.

The gameplay was trying to get to the bottom floor,

and you would encounter various events in the hallways.

I'm pretty sure it was a apartment building and not a school. other stuff i remember is the elevator was broken and you has to use the stairs to get down each floor.
