Seeking Looking for a Game about Serial Killer

It was a game I downloaded once from here about a young guy who had like a mental problem. After getting released he kills a woman at night and the woman he kills is on the news the following day.. that's the furthers I got in the game. Does anyone have a clue what the name of the game is.

That's it, thanks Bud. I thought maybe the game was deleted from the site. I never really got a chance to play it.
