Identify Looking for a game about the word becoming a game

The MC uses an axe, lives with his roommate and landlady. The word starts with a zombie apocalypse and after he defeats a Boss and the word reset and the game changes back to the beginning. He gave his best friend a suite with Flames and the friend stepmom a maid dress.

3d renpy, kinda sandbox but If It was vn It would not made a difference, start as zombie apocalypse
