Looking for a 3dcg (anime style, less realistic) about a guy who wakes up from a coma and gets picked up by his family (all women)
One of the people in his family (or roommates? I don't recall the full story) is secretly a futa. She's kind of a NEET, just plays video games/masturbates in her room
