Identify Looking for a Game (again)

Played this a few Years back.
You're the Sheriff and find an amnesiac Girl in an abandoned Church. She gets hunted by a weird Cult, for being a Witch.
And at some Point creepy Fog is invading the Town.
Game got "Season 1 finished" by leaving the Town, at which point there's a Message about a disease or something.

Sure hope someone remembers that
