Identify Looking for a game and all i can remember is the basic of the story and some picture i have.

I tried looking everywhere online but i just cant find or remember the name of the game. I know the basic of the story went something like this : a god or a demon curse you to "navigate" some other planet while the mc is asleep to find something on each of them. On all the different planet( 3 i think) the mc could get transformed into a local species. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you
