I thought I'd followed the thread, but discovered I hadn't.
The Main protagonist lives with his gf, and his playboy best friend has convinced his family that he's finally settled down, but convinced them that he's dating your gf. His mother and sister are coming to visit, so he asks you for a huge favour to play along to fool his family, and you both move in with him, and you act as his single best friend (and his sister is interested). Your GF stays in his room at night, and act as if stuff is happening to keep up the pretence. To avoid going too far, the main character has a safeword. Depending upon if you use it, there are subtle speech and graphical clues that your friend and gf aren't pretending....
It can't be any more than 6 months old, and was a very early release.
