It was an fps game where the mc was a detective. Got a noir vibe, scenes were black and white. At the start of the game a woman comes and talks to us, we go shot some thugs then we fuck the woman.

I know what game exactly you're talking, but for the life of me I can't remember what it's called and I tried searching it up, all I know is that the game was either in the Unity or Unreal Engine, most likely UE.
