I believe it was a Ren'py game where the main character grew rich and didn't make any relationships. I don't remember what a happen but he was sent back to the past and was given 3 years to live I think. the game contained a girl who would teach you martial arts and there was a poker scene where he won a girl from her father(not sure if it was her father or guardian). I hope this is enough for somebody to help me find the game.
