Here's what I can remember.
Male protagonist goes to a new school a few weeks early to tour/register. He immediately meets a cute blonde girl and they almost immediately become boyfriend and girlfriend. The game skips forward to school starting and he's nervous if she remembers him. There is also a somewhat random sex scene at a car dealership with a blonde with huge tits. I also remember some sort of cult/occult group that initiates/manipulates new girls into sex. It's lead by some Chad type character that the MC strikes up a friendship with. The MCs blonde girlfriend's roomate is a nerdy cute girl with reddish hair that has a crush on the Chad type guy and the MC has a choice to join in a 3some or try to save her from the Chad guy, this particular chain seemed to almost lead towards an NTR outcome.
