It was about this girl who went to hell. There were different activities you could do (mainly studying/working in different sectors, having to balance a few stats, and exploration), with multiple endings. I remember she ws supposed to met some periodic requirements for the devil.
I think the name had the name of the girl (dark hair, purple shirt... i think...), which i could have sworn it was "Mandy" but apparently it isn't.
