If I remember correctly the setting of the game is that you are a student that wants to research stimulation or lust during sexual acts. In this game you can set up parties/gatherings where people have sex. You can control which characters do what acts together and where, as you try to find out what works for them and with whom. As you progress through the game more and more locations become available as well as new characters. You have a topdown view on the setting.
