Identify Looking for a game I saw a long time back involving sisters

I remember this one game that I was unable to play at the time due to locale issues, it was a japanese game. I do remember that the main picture was a girl in a brown dress and was traveling with her sister or trying to find her when her adventure starts in some town. Not a lot to go on but it is the only thing that I can remember as I never got it to work/load and curious if it will work now that I got locale issue fixed on my end...i think so anyhow

Also if anyone knows of any rpgm games that are similar to Gran Ende or sword Princess Cistina I would appreciate it
