So, what ive been looking is a game which the concept was the main character stuck in a place with the heroines and his job is to explore, help people during explorations, and bring back supply to the house, The last thing i remember (i hope i was right) about the game is that the game is a 3D VN game .For the plot/event i do remember helping a pregnant girl during exploration (with reward of course). I hope I could provide more information please do ask me it probably could trigger a memory from the game.

The one that comes to mind right off the bat is Mist. It's kind of a post-apocalyptic game with the element of adventure, where you explore various places. This also deals with pregnant love interests.
