Identify Looking for a game in black and white

Hey guys
I played a game here about a year ago or so. If I remember correctly, it was a 2D game in black and white. You are some kind of detective with some kind of power to control people you interrogate. You can have sex with your assistant and other females. I think there are some ghost involved at one point but I'm not really sure.
