Seeking Looking for a game like Crusader Kings or similar medieval historical/semi-historical games

Typical stuff with courtly romance, incest, etc. Doesn't have to necessarily be grand-strategy or non-fantasy but that's kind of the general vibe I'm looking for. Asking cuz I enjoy CK3 having fun with courtly drama and romance but I'm not that into the main focus of the game, country managing and warfare n stuff. And I'd be shocked if nobody made something like that that streamlines those elements in favour of the other stuff.

Star Dynasties on steam is like a low budget space crusaders kings. Has all the stuff you mentioned just less polished. Can pick it up pretty cheap on a 3rd party steam key website or just try it out and return it before 3 hours for a refund.

In the genre of lewd "historical-ish" stuff: XXXivilization was pretty solid but the dev seems to have vanished off the face of the Earth. Made it pretty far into development, so there's a good bit of content. With a fairly heavy focus on building your character up to absurd proportions.
Grid-based Civilization type game, lead your society of degenerates to domination of the homeland by subjugating the rival factions: Futa amazons, a cult of celibacy, and a mercantile city-state of dominatrixes.

Vae Victis has a simple realm management/warfare system mixed with intrigue/covert operations (handled essentially as visual short stories) as well as fucking/breeding the queens you've overthrown. Incest is on the horizon.

It's the closest I've ever seen as far as "Crusader Kings, but more porn and less grand strategy" is concerned.

These all look interesting but still not exactly what I'm looking for. Maybe it would be a better idea to just look for historical games in general and call it a day maybe...

i cant understand what for they did sex mods.
you can use make love options one time for year. yes, it have a reason so you can drop stress one time per year but why u cant repeat without stress drop?
