Violated Heroine was incredibly ambitious and unique, thus there really isn't really anything else like it, which is a real shame, especially considering VH is never going to be finished. However, there are a few other RPG games with similar features, where you can track your sexual stats, including the condition of your holes, but none of them are quite as comprehensive or detailed as VH. Still, here are a few I can think of off the top of my head;

This game is seriously underrated and it should have everything you're looking for. You can actively ruin your holes by losing and being raped by certain enemies, or by triggering events in the overworld and progressing the story, and there are visual representations that progress depending on what events you trigger. The art isn't to everyones taste, but it's definitely palatable. (There is also another game by the same creators that is in the process of being translated, which should have all the same features and better art.)
There are probably more that I'm forgetting, but these are the major ones I can think of (I'll update my post if I think of any more). But as I said, nothing can quite live up to the standard of Violated Heroine.
