Identify Looking for a Game (NVM, Found it)

Looking for a RPGM?? Game that I just remembered and wanted to see what happened to it. I think it was a RPGM, it has a similar gameplay as far as I remember.

I think it starts with a D, I keep thinking Delirium, or similar name, but I may have just been misremembering the name since I can't find what I'm looking for with that name, but I honestly can't remember.
All I remember was,

• Female Protagonist
• Blue? haired protagonist
• Lived with her dad, I think there's a bit of plot around dead mom?
• Dad had a robotic arm.
• Possible rape? Or blackmail?
• Cyberpunk like? Or futuristic...
• Think it 'did' have incest, but may have been removed?
• I 'do' think the protagonist worked at some arcade place? or, something that looked like an arcade...May have been a supermarket?

Last remember seeing it a few years ago. Forgot the name back then, but I can't find it by looking using tags. Maybe someone else knows it?

EDIT: NVM - Found it a few minutes later. It was Dilmur. FML.
