the game features a male MC who is blind "IRL", where he gets on with his lot in life despite the disappointment he finds out he cant be cured; but then he's transported to a fantasy realm where his sight is functional and he is a central attraction to the many female LI's available, and accepts that as his new reality, before being transported suddenly back to "RL", where he hides that he can now see, especially given the affection his sibling showers him with
thats the general gist I remember, and I played it in the past 6 months - but for the life of me cannot recall the name of the game or find it again
