Looking for a game posted on here

I'm looking for a game which has been posted here in the last 3 Months which was about a guy working in a restaurant and getting promoted to the manager. He then had to hire new girls to help him out there and well you get to know them better and so on.

Hope anyone can help me out what the game was called again.
