Looking for a game: Ren'Py with trans maid (blue hair)

I remember playing a game--it was Ren'Py. You live in a house with multiple women and a maid. The maid turns out to be trans and I think has blue hair. I can't remember much about it other than it's the same house as the game where you have three daughters you don't know about who show up at your door one day (one blonde, one redhead, one brunette). Also don't remember this game's title, but I know it's a popular one.
