Looking for a game - Sandbox game with mindcontrol

The game goes like this: a guy lives with his mom and sister and some weird shit happen and some kind of MIB enters their house and gives him a liquid that grants mind control powers. It has really bad graphics but the content makes it up for that. It's a sandbox game, not a VN. And it isn't made on RPGM.

I know it has a thread here but I don't know the name of the game.
