Seeking Looking for a game (Should be easy, cookie reward to the finder)

Hey guys!

I have been looking for a game for a while that I really enjoyed, maybe you can help me find it.

What I know:

  • The graphics are more cartoon-like, anime-like, not real looking
  • There is a map and a town where you can click and go places
  • There is one section of the game where you visit this lady and you sit in her pool or jacuzzi with her, and as you progress with her she revelas more and more to you
  • You can go to the beach and MAYBE and work or something, and the more you progress the more you can do with the people who reisde on the beach, dont remember if your a lifeguard, just a visitor or work with something else, but there are always the same people there and you can progress story with each of them


Would be really thankfull if anyone could find it for me :)

No, the characters are 3d not 2d but 3d in a more cartoony way.
Also there is free roam, the beach thing and the jacuzzi thing
