The game had you play the main char which was a teenager that had to go to school..living with Landlady and her bitchy big daughter and naughty small one...the main thing of the game was you had to click on hidden hotspots to progress the naughty scenes and it had slow progression. I remember you had do bad at school for 2 weeks just so you get landlady attention to teach you...I hope someone remembers it. Haven't seen an update for it for year at least so maybe it's completed/abandoned. Not sure if it was Ren'Py but 100% not RPGMaker
