As mentioned in the title, im looking for good quality games with proper gameplay and a story. Tags can be anything other than too extreme like ntr or scat. Just really bored of all the 3d clicky novel types.

It's a decent JRPG even without all the corruption stuff. Which is good, because the corruption progresses very slowly at first and the sex is pretty tame.

Suzukuri Dungeon Fun and lighthearted game where you are in charge of managing a Dungeon trying to not kill adventurers while helping the dormant Demon Queen Karin. The extremest thing I've saw was some Kemonomimi characters and slight Lolicon. Every character has an Ending and after every GameOver/Ending there's a New Game+ to facilitate the grind.
FlipWitch - Forbidden Sex Hex Fun and quirky Metroid Vania game where the Main gimmick is Genderbend, the Sex is usually either a milestone or a reward of a side quest. it isn't really that deep of a plot - Defeat the BBEG - but the heart of it is in the NPC's.
The entirety of Monster Girl Quest Can never go wrong with the classics.
Maybe it isn't what you are looking for, but these two are also good.
Love of Magic It is a 3D clicky novel type BUUUUT has a nice fantasy storyline and has a poker minigame as a duel system that for the life of me cannot really explain into words.
Captivity I've spend a good few hours playing this arcade-like game. It's lacking on story though.
