I played this a while back, and something got me thinking of it, so I want to play it again. The biggest identifier is the game has a side "horror" segment (separated from the main game) where you move your mouse around and look for ripped pieces of notes that give you lore while up against a timer.
This is actually why I'm looking for the game, anyway the game itself takes place at night besides some highway overpass. The dude is sad or something and walks around to clear his thoughts? Not sure 100 percent but something like that. Then there this really tight alleyway, the game makes a point of this and pass this is when you see the coffee shop.
After that is kinda foggy, but I remember a coffee making minigame cause the girl working there can't make coffee.
