Identify Looking for a game where the son lives on a farm and loses his father

I'm trying to find a game I played a while ago. From what I can remember, the son lived on a farm with his parents and a sister. They start as children, the father has a heart attack and dies. Soon they have to sell the farm and move out to the city.
