Pretty much the premise was you start off as a mushroom monster with pheremone abilities and lure in a magical girl, after a few times she gets corrupted and you can play as her and like transform the rest of the town. It had latex, corruption, smegma, and there were a good few endings/transformations for the magical girl and the other girls in town, I've played it before but I forgot it's name and was really hoping to get back to it.
