There was a game on this site, I forgot it's name but it was a sandbox html game which had character creation. The creator had a profile picture with a skull and snake going around it. Sorry if this is too vague, but it was a while back that I had found it.

Did you try the Latest Updates tool? The results for HTML games with sandbox and character creation tags are only a single page, so it should be trivial to find the game you're looking for.

i found it, it was "accidental woman", its not in the latest updates though, what's up with that?
