Identify Looking for a game with a loooong time skip

So I remember some bit and peaces from this game.

1. there is a scean when you fuck your GF best friend and there is also a newborn baby sleeping in the same room. (and maby MC blacks out)
2. There is a looong time skip , were after like 15 years you go to live with them again.
3. not sure why the time skip, but there could be because of a murder and you are sent to jail (not sure)

4. is almost 2 different games and the setting is kind of dark before the time skip and then after the time skip its much lighter.
